Judge Recommends Dismissing Most Claims in Logan Paul’s CryptoZoo Lawsuit

The plaintiffs failed to demonstrate Paul's direct involvement in CryptoZoo's collapse, despite alleging a "rug pull" scheme involving unfulfilled promises of NFT features and rewards. Magistrate Judge Ronald Griffin's 75-page report leaves room for amended claims but underscores the evidentiary challenges facing investors seeking restitution.
